Using our Service after the date that this Agreement changes means you accept the changes. No change to this Agreement that is not posted on the Service is valid unless it is in writing and signed by both you and us.

You may not, nor may you allow others to, directly or indirectly:

Unless specifically stated in conjunction with particular material, all Material is copyrighted by us. You have no rights in or to the Material and you may not use any Material other than as permitted under this Agreement.

All trade names, trademarks, service marks and other product and service names and logos on Our Service or in the Material are the proprietary trademarks of their respective owners and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.

In the event that you or your company have signed a direct contract with leadsinfra.com ("Agreement") and there exist terms which conflict between this Terms and Conditions Document and your signed Agreement for this service, the terms of your signed Agreement shall supersede this Terms and Conditions Document.

Many of our products are available for web access or delivery via e-mail and customers can expect delivery within 1-2 business days from the time of the order. Delivery times vary depending upon availability and the location of the supplier in relation to the end-user.

You acknowledge that you are entering into these terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the Platform and the online products and services and that you have capacity to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are entering into these terms and conditions on behalf of your employer, you represent and warrant to us that you are duly authorized and have the power and authority to bind your employer. You agree to keep your username and the password that you use to log into the Platform confidential.

The online products and services provided are as outlined on the Website and the Platform at the date of purchase. As part of our continual growth strategies, the online products and services may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change these online products and services from time to time. These changes will be effective immediately upon notification on the Platform.

All servers are managed in a secure mission critical environment. However, from time to time, delays or interruptions may occur in us providing the online products and services to you. You acknowledge that LeadsINFRA will not be responsible for any such delay or interruptions and that we will not have any liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering the online products or services to you.

Our subscription is provided on the basis of a yearly subscription which commences on the day you make your first subscription payment and continues until you elect not to renew your subscription at its next renewal date.

LeadsINFRA reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time for non-payment of any subscription invoice or for breach of any of these terms and conditions.

If your subscription is terminated or you choose to stop using your subscription, the following will apply: if payment for the entire subscription period has been received in full, LeadsINFRA will be under no obligation to refund any part, or all, of the fees paid for the subscription; and if payment for the entire subscription period has not been received in full, you remain liable and responsible to pay your then current subscription in full.

Due to the easily transferable nature of the value of information products, LeadsINFRA maintains a "no return" and "no refund" policy. We encourage you to exhaust every opportunity to ensure a report meets your needs before placing an order. A table of contents and summary are available for all of our products, and samples of many reports can be accessed for free. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the market research reports, cancellation of orders cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered. Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

All personal information submitted by you through the use of the online products and services is maintained on secure servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to know more about how personal information is handled.

LeadsINFRA excludes any and all express or implied warranties, guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, fitness for purpose or otherwise of any information linked to through its search engine.

LeadsINFRA will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Platform or of the online products and services nor does LeadsINFRA accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through the Platform or through the online products and services.
